A long time ago...

Well, since 2018...

Jonathan Rosas Cárdenas (also known as Jona Chido) is an artist from Xalapa, Veracruz. He studied for 4 years at the Centro de Iniciación Musical Infantil (CIMI) and participated in other projects such as Voces Singulares. While studying at CIMI, he created his first composition: “Himno a la Tristeza” (Hymn to Sadness), which would not be published until 2018.

That year he decided to venture into an area of music that would be to his liking: music production and song mastering. His first EP "Spanish is English" was an attempt to test what the world of music would be like. As expected, he did not stop and continued to release new songs, including a new EP "The Orchestra". He collaborated during this period with Angel OT and Draiko Drakun. The last song of his so far made of samples would be "The Violinists Vol. 2", released in 2019. Before this song, something unexpected happens.

In 2018, she decided to record her first composition and share it with the world: "Himno a la Tristeza". During 2019, it was a very simple period in terms of content. It was not until May 2020 (just when the COVID-19 pandemic began) that she published her remake of her composition, calling it "The Sadness Song". It is from here that she begins to publish only covers or original songs.

In 2021 he released his first cover with Abraham Romac. As of 2020, the music has not stopped flowing and he collaborates with ZILLICIUM, JAPS, MusicWithSagar and Kevin_Barker. However, in May 2022 he announced that he would begin to reduce his content from 2023, as he has new projects on the horizon. This was a fallacy, as that same year he founded The Unluxury Royalty, a musical project dedicated to combining classical music with electronic music.

For me, the music I make, I make it for pleasure and passion. Because I know that out of the millions of humans on planet Earth, someone will like what I make. And that means a lot to me..."
